(Or a one-woman bandit for that matter).
If you like the idea of making 10's or even 100's of thousands of extra dollars in coaching revenue… but you don't love the idea of having a big oversized team and paying out thousands of dollars each month and year, then you're gonna love this…
Personally, I've done it both ways.
I've had my business at a place where I had a large team of five or six people doing a relatively high number of weekly hours for me, hustling to try and make $5-10K minimum each and every month just to pay them on time.
And I've also been in a position (that I much prefer), which is to have one VA do a few hours per week to handle admin and tech tasks… that I could do if I really wanted to, but I'd rather outsource it for a few dollars per hour.
There's a certain tremendous freedom in knowing that you can bring in multi-six figures a year… without needing to pay anyone else out.
And there's something very exciting about having an extremely high circa 80 to 90% profit margin.
Some people are all about growing a bigger and bigger business and making millions but then bringing their profit margin down to about 15%.
But that's really not my game.
I love coaching and instead of spending time in meetings with a growing team, I'd much rather invest that time with my coaching clients, changing lives.
If you want to know how to set all of this up for yourself, you're going to love the Never Ending Stream Of Clients program.
It shows you how to have a totally minimalist coaching business which requires literally zero team members:
